    I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for a tire inspection and an oil change. It took a few hours. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service is wonderful--I love Brandon! There are no problems with my car at this time.

    I own a 2002 Buick Century. Bob was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. It took a couple of hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it at this time. The staff was good also, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. My experience was positive. Louie was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.

    I own a 1998 Dodge Neon. I recently brought the vehicle in for everything, it took about three days for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did not receive a receipt for the service. The staff was fine, and the vehicle still has issues and has to go in for service. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Durango. I bought my car from Rodney who was great, he is the best salesman they have out there. The car was clean and in good condition when I bought it and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the car and overall my experience was very positive.

    I own a 2001 Ford TAURUS SEL. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took about an hour to complete. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was nice. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Impala. I bought my car from a caucasion male with a goatee and he was a good salesperson. The car was clean and in good condition when I bought it and there are no current problems with the car. I was approved the same day and my overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Ford Escape. Overall my experience was positive. I had a minor problems wih my vehicle, so I had service. My driver side window makes a noise when I roll it up all of the way. My service was finished the same day, and the customer service was good during my time at the service department. The service department fixed my vehicle, but now I am having the same problem again. I plant to call the service department, and make arrangements to get my window fixed for the second time.

    I own a 1999 Ford Taurus. The vehicle was recently brought to have a fuel pump installed, it took a day or two for it to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was pretty good, and the vehicle idles, and surges now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for an oil change. It took about 30 minutes to complete. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff was very nice. There are no problems with my car at this point.

    I own a 1999 Mercury Mountainee. Steve sold me the car. The car was in good condition but it went back for a new transmission. The process took from 12 to 6. The staff was nice and okay. Steve was very nice. It was so packed and everyone was running around. My experience was positive. I would like to see after work is completed how I feel.

    I own a 2001 Mercury Sable. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Shawn and he did a really good job selling me the car. When I got my car it was running good for me and it was clean well for me to. It only took about two hours for me to get approved for the car. Today my car is running really good for me.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in because it was leaking anti-freeze and it was smoking pretty bad. It took about three hours to fix. It was under warranty. I did not recieve paperwork or a receipt. The staff was really nice to me. There are no problems with my car as of now.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Mitsubishi Galant. Overall my experience was neutral, because the staff is not fixing my vehicle. My vehicle was making a weird noise, so I had service. I also had my starter fixed. The staff told me that my vehicle is a timming belt. My vehicle was in service for about 24 hours, and my vehicle was under warranty. I did not received paperwork upon the completetion of service. The staff told me that my vehicle was going to be done around 5,00, so I came back at 5,00. I had my baby with me, and then the staff told me that they did not fix my vehicle. The staff told me that my vehilce would be fixed the next day. I keep having problem with my vehicle making a sweeking noise, and the staff keeps giving my vehicle back with the same problem. My vehicle is in the shop as we speak, becuas of the same problem. I told the staff that one day I am going to just drop my vehicle off at the shop, and leave it there for good.

It was covered under warranty but I did not receive a receipt. The service there was great and there are no current problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.
