    I own a 2001 Hyundai Accent. John was the man who sold me the car and he did a good job selling me the car. When I got my car it was in good running condition and it was nice and clean for me. It took about one day for me to get approved for the car. Today my car is running good for me with no problems. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Ram. My salesperson was Angie. She and the other employees did a very good job, I was happy. I was approved the same day, I was there about two hours. My car was in very good condition when I got it and it is doing good today. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Escort. I brought my car in because oil was leaking out and it was in the shop all day. It was covered under warranty and I received a reciept. The service there was good however they never fixed the problem, the car is still currently leaking. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Buick Century. I brought my car in to get the air conditioning fixed and it took about a day. It was covered under warranty and I received a receipt. The service there was surprisingly very good, they treated me very well. There are no current problems with the car and overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Buick Century. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Brian, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in good condition when I bought it, but I have noticed that my keyless entry only works some times. The lock button on my vehicle only works sometimes, so I can not lock my vehicle when every I want too. My sales person did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Chrysler 300M. I brought my car in for some front end work and it took about a day to fix. It was covered under warranty but I did not receive a receipt. The service there was great however the brakes are currently giving me trouble. Overall my experience was neutral because I asked them to work on the brakes but they refused because it was not covered under warranty.

    I own a 2003 Buick Century. My salesperson was Chris and he provided mwith with good customer service. The car was clean and in good condition when I received it. I am having problems with noises which the shop told me was coming from the water pump. It took about 1 day for me to be approved. My overall experience was positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1998 Chrysler Sebring. I brought my car in for the second time to get work done on the transmission. It was in the shop for about 2 days. It was partially covered under warranty and I received a receipt. The service there was not to my liking because they made me pay for something that should be under warranty. The car still has problems with the transmission and I have to take it in for a thrid time. Overall my experience was negative because they switched the transmissions incorrectly and are making me pay for it. It was their fault and I beleive they should cover their own work.

    I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in ok condition when I bought it, but the service soon light is on, the weather stripping on the drivers window is falling off, and the bottom of the dash is loose. My salesperson was Paco, and he was very good.

    I own a 2000 Plymouth Neon. I brought my car in for an oil change and to get the a/c checked. It took about an hour to complete. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was real good like always. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Truck. Adam was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. It took a couple of days for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle pulls a little to the right, it probably needs an alingment. The staff was ok, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. My salesperson sat in the second office on the right, and he was good. I was approved for the car that day. The car was in good condition when I drove it home. I have taken the car to the service center to have work, but the only problem now is the horn goes off for no reason. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1998 Mercury Marquis. My experience was positive. Ed was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.
