    I own a 1998 CHEVROLET Lumina. I bought my car from David, and he was wonderful. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was nice and clean when I drove it home, and I am not having any problems at this time. The car is runnig beautiful. The people there are really respectful. Overall my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. I took my car in for an oil change. I am not sure how long it took because my friend brought my car in for me. It was under warranty. I am not sure if I recieved paperwork or a receipt. The staff was good. I am have been having problems with the car since I got it. My car breaks down often and when I take it to the shop--they keep my car for a week. I don`t think it is fair because I pay my car payment and I can`t drive my car because there is always something wrong with it. Therefore my overall experience was and is neutral.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Ryan, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in good condition when I bought it, but my check engine light keeps comming on. My sales person did an excellent job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 2005 CHEVROLET Malibu. I brought my car in to get an oil change and it took about 30 minutes. It was covered under warranty and I received a receipt. The service there is not too bad and there are no current problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

When I got my car it was running good for me and it was nice and clean for me to. I got approved for the car that same day. Today my car is running alright for me it is cool.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Caravan. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside but not in a good running condition when I first got it. The brakes are squeaking now and the car alarm went off and now I can not unlock my driver side door with the key. Brian was my salepserson and he was good overall. I was approved for my car the same day.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Sunfire. Pedro was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. It took a day or so for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems now. The staff was great, and overall I would rate this experience positive.
