I own a 1998 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overall my experience was positive. John was the man who sold me the car and he did a really good job helping me find a car. I got approved for the car that same day. When I got my car it was nice and clean for me and it was running good to. Today my car is running good for me and I see no problems with it.

I own a 2000 Ford Focus. The salesperson was Lana. The customer service that was provided was fine. The car was clean and in good condition when I received it. There are no problems with the car now. It took about 2 hours to be approved. Overall the experience was positive.

I own a 2001 Ford Focus. I brought my car in because it was shaking and needed an allignment. It took about two hours. It was under warranty. I had only gotten the car about a week before. I got paperwork. The staff were ok. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive.

I own a 2001 Nissan Altima. I brought my car in to get a new o2 censor, a belt, and an oil change. It took 1 day to fix everything. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was fine, I`m just mad they did not do what they were supposed to do. The belt still needs to be fixed, and it causes the car to squeal when I turn the wheel over. Overall, my experience was positive.

I own a 2001 Ford Ranger. My salesperson was a white older lady with blonder hair and she was pretty good. The car was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems with the car now. It took about 30 minutes or so to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Ford Focus. The vehicle that I recently purchased was in fair condition when I received it, and the salesperson that helped me select it was Milan. It took one month for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it at this point. The staff was very nice, and overall I would rate this experience neutral because it took so long for me to be approved.

I own a 2001 Ford Windstar. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in because of the check engine light coming on. I thought it was fixed once and it came back on again. Overal the service department kept my car for about 3 weeks on an off along with the Ford dealership. I currently do not have any issues with my car now. The staff overall was good.

I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was M.K., and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in both in good condition, and it was clean too. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during my purchase.

I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. My salesperson was Lea and she was pretty good. The car was in good condition when I got it. The car is surging a little bit, but that is all. It took about 4 hours to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Ford Focus. Overall my experience was neutral, becuase the staff would not diclose my interest rate would be up front. When I stepped in to the finance office, the finance manager told me that my interest rate would be calculated on a daily basis. The finance Manger told me that the interset would add up to about five thousand dollars, which would be added to the price of my vehicle. My sales person was Michelle, and I was apprvoed the same day. My vehicle was fine when I bought it, and I do not have any problems with my vehicle.

I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. My sales personn was Michelle, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in good conditon when I bought, and I currently do not have any problems with it. Michelle did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

I own a 2000 Nissan Sentra. JT was my salesman. He was great. The car was clean and in good condition when I got it. The only problem I am having now is the air doesn`t get cold and the check engine light comes on and off. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.
