    I own a 2002 Buick LeSabre. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Charmaine, and I was approved the same day. I think that there is some thing wrong with my transmission, becuase my vehicle is jerking now. Charmaine is alright as a sales consultant, and my vehicle was okay when I bought it.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Charmaine, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in good conditon when I bought it, and I currently do not have any problem s with it. Charmaine did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in because the air conditioning wasn`t working right. It was in the shop one whole day. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were great. They were very nice. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. My salesperson was Leah and she was wonderful. The car was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems with the car. It took about 6 hours to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2005 Buick LeSabre. My overall experience was positive. I brought the car in because the front right tire fell off. It took a day to fix. It was not under warranty but the price was fair. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff was wonderful. There are no problems with the car at this time.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience was negative, becuase the dealership should had fixed the problems with my vehicle before I bought it. My sales person was Michelle, and I was approved the same day. I was approved the same day. My brakes has a little problem, and I only received one key when I bought the vehicle. There is a crack on the bumper. My brakes are making clucking noise when I step on them. My ABS light came on this morning. The dealership should have fixed any problems that my vehicle had before they sold it to me.

    I own a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am. Tanya was my salesperson. She was really good. The car was very clean and in good condition when I got it. I am not having any problems now. It is fine. I was approved the same day but I waited awhile to get the car because I was trying to sell mine. I ended up trading it in as the down payment. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Blazer. Anne Marie sold me the car. Teh car was in good condition. The process took a day. The car is doing so far so good. The staff was great and all helpful. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Chrysler Sebring. I bought my car from Julia who was an excellent salesperson. The car was clean and in good condition when I bought it but recently it has been shaking and the CD player won`t eject the CD. I was approved the same day and my overall experience was positive.

    I own a 1998 Chrysler Concorde. The vehicle was recently brought in for brakes, and service on the intake gasket, it took two days for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, and the vehicle had an issue but it stopped. Overall Iwould rate this experience positive.
