    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Lumina. I brought my car in because the battery wasn`t holding a charge. They did something to the alternator. It was in the shop a day. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. All the paperwork said was the alternator. They didn`t do anything to the battery. The staff were all right. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was neutral because it was just all right.

    I own a 2002 Ford Focus. The brakes was the recent service on the vehicle and needed service, it took all day for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was great, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 1999 Ford Explorer. I brought my car in for the fuel pump. It took 1 day to get fixed. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was good. There are no problems with the car. Overall, my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. My experience was neutral because I am already having problems with the van. Jose was my salesperson. My van was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the van in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The driver side power window isn`t working.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. I brought my car in because it was shaking and the brakes were grinding and squeaking. It was in the shop for a day. It was under the 30 day warranty. I did not receive any paperwork because they didn`t do anything. They had to order a part. The staff were good. They were very nice. I am still waiting on the part. Also when I first got it, the heat and the a.c. would make a noise when you turned it on. It was because there were leaves in there and they had to vacuum it out. It seems to be doing it again. Overall, my experience was neutral because I have had it in 4 times since I got it.

    I own a 2001 KIA Sephia. I brought my car in because the CPU was acting up and it took them about 3 hours to fix. It was covered under warranty and I received a receipt. The service there was good and there are no current problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Plymouth Voyager. I brought my car in for an inspection and emissions. It took about 1-2 hours to complete everything. It was not under warranty but the price I paid was fair. I got a receipt. The staff was very nice. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in for an oil change that took about an hour. It was covered under warranty and I received a receipt. The service there was good and there are current problems with the car. My overall experience was negative, there are no specific reasons I want to say; it was just negative.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 Hyundai Elantra. My experience was negative because I am still having the same problem with the car, and it has been to the service center about four times for the same thing. I took my car to the service center because the front end was still shaking. The work was done in about a half an hour or 45 minutes. I didn`t have to pay anything, and I don`t have any paperwork for the service. The service staff treated me okay, but they didn`t fix the problem. My car is still running the same, I think that the struts need to be replaced.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside and in a good running condition when I first got it. However the check engine light is on now. Dan was my salesperson and he was good overall. I was approved for my car the same day.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1997 Mercury Tracer. I brought my car in to have the engine checked. It took about 2 weeks to get fixed. It was under warranty. I have not received my receipt yet. I had some issues with the staff so I do not want to talk about them. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was negative because they treated me poorly.

    I own a 2004 Hyundai Sonata. I bought my car from Wayne and he was a good salesperson. The car was clean and in good condition when I bought it and there are no current problems with the car. I was approved the same day and my overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Caprice Cl. Donella was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I purchased was dirty when I received it. It took a couple of hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it at this point in time. The staff was real nice, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2002 Hyundai Sonata. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in because the frame of my car was rusted. It took about two days to fix. It took only two days to fix. The staff was really professional. There are no problems with my car as of now.
