    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. I brought my car in because it stalled out on me and for an oil change. They had the car almost for the whole day. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was great. The horn needs to be fixed and the car needs to be checked. Overall, my experience was neutral because I have brought it in so many time I can`t just say positive.

    I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for an oil change. The service did not take long at all. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork. The staff was great. There are no problems with my car right now.

    I own a 2001 Buick Century. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for an oil change. It took about 45 minutes to complete. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was great. There are no problems with my car at this point.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2008 Dodge Stratus. I brought my car in for multiple things that took a couple months to fix. It was covered under warranty and I received a receipt. The staff there was great and there are no current problems with the car. Overall my experience was neutral because the car was in the shop for much too long, it created a hassle for me and my schedule.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2000 Ford Windstar. The engine light was on, and a fuel filter was serviced, it took one day for the vehicle to be completely serviced. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, and I have never gotten a receipt for any service they have done. The staff was gives me the run around, and treats me like I`m stupid, and my engine light is still on now. Overall I would rate this experience negative beacause my problem was not solved.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. My experience was positive. George was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The check engine light is on now.

The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I received it. Right now the radio will not come on. It took all day for me to be approved. My overall experience was positive.

I recently brought the vehicle in because it kept dying on me, it took one week for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, but I did receive a receipt for the service, and the price I paid was reasonable. The staff was good, and the vehicle has issues starting now. Overall I would rate this experience neutral because the vehicle still has problems now.

The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, but I did receive a receipt for the service, and the price I paid was reasonable. The staff was very nice, and the vehicle has no problems now.     I own a 2003 Ford Windstar. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in due to some engine issues. It took about a day to fix. It was under warranty. I am not sure if we recieved a receipt or not. The staff was good. I noticed today that the engine is sounding like it is sputtering.

    I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. My salesperson was Mike. He and the other employees did a very excellent job, they made sure they put us in a car. I was approved the same day, I was there about four hours. My car was in great shape when I got it and it is doing perfect today. My experience was positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1998 Mercury Mountainee. I brought my car in for engine, electrical, and heating system problems. It was in and out for over a month. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were awful. They gave me the run around. It was almost like because I was a female I didn`t know anything. I had my boyfriend handle everything and even then they couldn`t keep their stories straight. Overall, my experience was negative because it took so long and because they gave me the run around.

    I own a 2005 CHEVROLET Impala. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside and in a good running condition when I first got it. I currently do not have any issues with my vehicle now. Elisa was my salesperson and she was perfect. I was approved for my vehicle the same day.
