    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experiece was negative, becuase the staff did not fix a darn thing on my vehicle. My vehicle needed strut mounts, and my vehicle was the shop for about one day and a half. The cusotmer service was very horrible, and the staff was suppose to order plates from the original dealership. Instead the staff chose to cutt conerners, and made their own plate. My vehicle is still banging around like it was when I took my vehicle to the shop, so I do not like how things turned out. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork.

    I own a 2001 Ford F-150. My overall experience was positive. My truck was clean inside and in a good running condition when I first got it. I currently do not have any problems with my car now. Tony was my salesperson and he was wonderful. I was approved for my car the same day.

    I own a 1997 Pontiac Grand Am. I brought my car in for inspection and it took about 2 hours. It was covered under warranty and I received a receipt. The service there was fine and there are no current problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Chrysler VOYAGER. I bought my car from Wayne and he was a great salesperson. The car was not clean but it was in good condition when I bought it. There are no current problems with the car and I was approved the same day. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1998 Ford Escort. My salesperson was David, and he was excellent. He helped me out and did everything he could to get me in a car. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in excellent condition when I bought it, but the gas petal is a little loose. They told me when I bring the car to the service center they will fix it. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. I brought my car in for the lights and the alternator. It took 1 day to get fixed. It was not under warranty but the price I paid was fair. I got a receipt. The staff was great, I have no complaints. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Amy, and I was approved with about 24 hours. My vehicle was in good condition whenI bought it, but I think that my vehicle currently needs a tune up. There is a little ruff edge to my vehicle, and that is why I think that it needs a tune up. My sales person did an excellent job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 2001 SATURN SL1. I brought my car in because the service engine light came on. They had to order a part for it, but once they had the part in only took an hour to complete. It was covered under warranty. I did not receive any paperwork for the service. The customer service was great. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 SATURN LS2. My experience was neutral because I was having problems with the car when I bought it, it has been to the service center three times already, and I`m still having the same problem with it. Louie was my salesperson. My car was clean when I got it, but the service engine light was on. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The service engine light is still on.

    I own a 2001 Mercury Sable. My salesperson was Brandon, and he was awesome. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was nice and clean when I drove it home. Every once in a while the car tugs at sixty miles and hour. Overall my experience with getting the car was positive.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Impala. I brought my car in for the antennae. I was there like two days because they didn`t order it right. It was under warranty. I did not get paperwork besides what they had to order. IThe staff were excellent. I love it there. I still need the antennae and now I need my brakes checked. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Hyundai Sonata. JT was my salesman. He was a good salesman. The car was clean and in good condition when I got it. I am not having any problems now. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was very positive. Everyone was very friendly and I felt comortable there.

    I own a 2002 Chrysler VOYAGER. Overall my experience was positive. My vehicle needed work on the front end, because it would make a noise every time I turn. My steering colum was leaking, so service replaced it too. My vehicle was in the shop for a one day. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. My vehicle is currently working fine, and the workers did a good job during the service of my vehicle. The service department had my alignment done at a third party shop beofre they fixed my steering colum.

    I own a 2003 Ford Windstar. My sales person was Billy and he did an excellent job helping me find a car. When I got my car it was running good for me and it was nice and clean for me. I got approved for the car that same day. Today my car is running fine for me and I see no problems with it. Overall my experience was positive.
