 | I own a 1999 Dodge Durango. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was brought in for service because the check engine light was on. They had to change the wires, sparkplugs and caps. It took two days to do so. The staff overall was good. I did not pick up my receipt. I currently do not have any problems now.

 | I own a 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was not clean on the inside when I first got it. I have to bring the car in to get it detailed out. Tony was my salesperson and he was great. I was approved for this vehicle with two days.

 | I own a 2000 Mercury Sable. My salesperson was Paco, and he was good. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was nice and clean when I bought it. I have to take the car to the service center because the check engine light is on. There is oil spots in the drive way that werent there before, and the car hesitates. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Pontiac Montana. Jacob was the salesperson that helped me select my new vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good shape when I recieved it. It took about six hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it at this time. The staff treated me well, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2001 Dodge Stratus. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center to have the tires rotated, the fluids checked, and the oil changed. The work was done in about 20 or 25 minutes. I paid a fair price for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was excellent, and my car is running alright now.

 | I own a 2004 SATURN ION. Tanya was my salesperson. She was great. The car was clean and in good condition when I got it. I am actually having a towing company come and take the car back to JD Byrider because it completely locked up on me. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was very positive.

 | I own a 1998 Hyundai Accent. Overall my experience was positive. I needed some lights fixed on my vehicle, and my vehicle was in the shop for about 45 minutes. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a really good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Miles and he did a great job selling me the car. When I got my car it was nice and clean for me and it was running good to. It only took about three hours for me to get approved for the car. Today my car is running good for me and I have no problems with it.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overall my exerience was positive. My sales person was Chris, and I was approved with in three days. My speedometer cable just broke today, but my vehicle was okay when I bought it. I just start driving my vehicle to day, so I do not know how my J.D. Byrider experience will turn out in the end. Chris did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. Dwayne was my salesman. He was ok. The truck was clean and in good condition when I got it. I am not having any problems now. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was neutral because it took me like 3 days to get the title papers so I could get the license plate. I had to rush to do it and that wasn`t fun. I had called them and they never called me back. But of course when I was about 8 hours late on a payment they called me right away.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Explorer. A tall thin white gentleman was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I purchased was in fair condition when I received it. It took an hour or so for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems now. The staff treated me very well, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. My salesperson was a young man, I think his name was Chad. He and the other employees did a wonderful job. I was approved the same day, I was there a couple of hours to get everything done. My car was in great condition when I got it and it is doing wonderful today. My experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Malibu. Fred was my salesman. He was excellent. The car was in excellent condition when I got it. The car seems to be running smooth. So far so good. I was approved the same day but I waited a week to get the car until I had the money. Overall, my experience was positive. Everyone was nice and they had good customer service.
