 | I own a 2004 Pontiac Sunfire. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and my vehicle was in the shop for about 30 minutes. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received an invoice. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during my oil change.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Pontiac Montana. Overall my experience was neutral, becuase I keep having to take my vehicle into the eservice department. I had transmission problems, and my vehicle was in the shop for about eight days. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. The customer service was okay, but my vehicle is currently leaking transmission fluid. The staff was nice to me during service, but I keep having problems with my vehicle.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall my experience was netural, becuase still smells like it is buring. I had an oil change, and a check up. My vehicle was making a noise, and some thing was burning in the snow. My vehicle was in the shop for about on day. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. My vehicle is still smelling, but the staff was nice to me during the service.

My vheicle was in the shop for a couple of days. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received papework. Overall my expeirence was neutral, becuase I feel like that I should have gotten a better deal on the cost of service. I have bought a vehicle from you guys before, and my vehicle was just a about 2k mile out of warranty. You guys gave me a 50% discount, but I think that I should have gotten a better discount. I needed a fuel pump, and my vehicle was in the shop for about five days. I do not think that my service bill was fair, and I currenltly do not have any problems with my vehicle. The staff was nice to me my visit with the service department, and I received paperwork upon the completion of service.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. I had a tune up, and my vehicle was in the shop all day. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I am starting to notice that my gears are sticking on my transnsmission, so I plan to have my vehicle checked out in the near future. The staff said that there was a lot of people getting their fuel pump changed before me, so I understand why it took so long to get to my vehicle.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2002 Chrysler Sebring. Overall my experience was negative, because of the customer service. I needed a new door hinge, and my vehicle was in the shop for about two weeks. The customer service was poor, because the staff put on a broken door hinge on my vehicle. I think that staff knew that the door handle was broken before they put it on my vehicle, but the staff said that it that is how it came from the manufacture. I told the staff, If that is how it came from the manufacter, then you should have sent it back to them without putting it on my vehicle. The staff then tried to charge $23 for a broken door handle. My vehicle was under warranty, so I should not had to pay any thing. I receved paeprwork upon the completeion of service. I am also very disatisfied at how long the service took.

My brakes are still grinding, and I need a new cam snycrohizer. I do not know about the customer service, becuase the staff did not feel the vibration in my brakes when my vehicle was at the service department.
